Shipping Policy

The majority of our shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING charges include processing your order and payment, and packing your order in a manner that will assure a safe, secure, timely arrival of your order. All products on MovieStore ship Monday through Friday. If your order falls on U.S. holiday, shipping will be done the next business day. Packages are delivered via real-time carrier shipping rates based on the total order weight and distance.

SALES TAX may be added to shipments under the following circumstances:

Orders shipped into Georgia — 8% Sales Tax may be applied to orders shipped into Georgia. The tax is applied to the merchandise total less discounts plus the requisite shipping and processing charges. Local taxes may apply and will be dependent on shipping address.

All other states will not be charged Sales Tax.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope that you love everything you order from us and your happiness is our #1 priority. If you purchase anything from us that is damaged, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly either:

** Refund your merchandise amount;
** Credit your account; or
** Send a replacement, if possible

We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after you've purchased it.

For returns, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging, if applicable.

To return your order, email inkwell1@cox.net and we will begin processing your return. You will receive a return label via reply email attachment in PDF format. Once we have the returned item, we will email you to let you know and whether or not we approve or reject your refund. If approved, the money paid will be credited back to your original payment method. All return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, if approved, a new item will be shipped to you.

When returning an item:

** Use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.

** Include a copy of your original packing slip and reason for the return. We recommend that you keep the receipt and packing slip for at least two (2) weeks.
