Macon Black Pages Announces Plans for The 2010-11 Edition!African American Physicians to be Highlighted The revised edition is expected to be published August of this year. Radio ads are being aired and television spots are currently being created in order to get this publication before the eyes and ears of the greater local population. Reciprocal banner ads are also being placed on numerous community sites. This issue will focus on and identify African American physicians and health care support services throughout middle Georgia. The objective of this edition is to improve, enhance and educate the African American community on how healthcare impacts all of our lives—physically, socially and economically. The Macon-Middle Georgia Black Pages web site is another means of exposing businesses to the public at large. The site is searchable by both name and business category. When an ad is purchased for the Black Pages publication, that same ad appears on the digital listing as a pop-up. Web site links from the digital listing are also available. Enhanced listing opportunities are available when a business is desirous of showing up at the top of a certain business category, rather than in alphabetical order. Businesses are encouraged to take the time to review the information provided about the publication, confirm their free listing and carefully consider utilizing it as a vehicle to reach the local African American community. Marketing representatives are readily available to discuss the various options in more detail. |
